Summer 2023 New and Old job This is a short mid-month update, and also an email to make sure new people are connected and those who have been missing things are all squared away. I (Daniel) finished my first two weeks in the office. Besides all of the kind words of welcome, the phrase that was repeated constantly was, “you have joined at the busiest time!” And they were right!

Summer 2023 Finally, we are able to send you an update letter with some clarity around what is going on with us now that we are stateside! Winter 2023 We must start this letter off with a huge “thank you”. We are officially back in the United States and it has been a whirlwind to say the least! Fall 2022 Welp, we had a bit of a surprise visitor last weekend. Last Sunday the 23rd at 3:01 am, Arlo John Buck surprised us by coming a little early. His weight was a little low at birth, so he has been in the NICU for a few days. His care is great, and the doctors are happy with his progress, but he still needs to be monitored. Amanda

Summer 2022 Spain camp: When most of the kitchen staff came down with Covid at the OMS camp Peña de Horeb back in May, we were called upon, along with Chuck Long, to step in and help in the kitchen, feeding a camp full of Romanian teenagers. We worked from 7am to 11pm prepping the cafeteria and the food, with a siesta time in the afternoon for a short break.

Summer 2021 This past month has been busy to say the very least. After getting our second dose of the vaccine we shifted our focus in the states to leaving well and found ourselves juggling spending as much time with family as possible and navigating travel restrictions and packing in order to return home.
